End-user training:

Courses designed for those who use SAP in their day-to-day activities, such as data entry, reporting, and transaction management. They are enhancement courses and strengthen the skills of users who already know the system but who need to gain confidence in daily activities, perhaps in the face of the implementation of new processes or procedures.

Training for new entrants:

on-boarding courses designed for new resources carried out alongside the customers' IT team in order to obtain training at two levels: "Horizontal", on the management system and its standard processes, on the main transactions and on the different interactions of the modules of the suite; Vertical", on the processes that characterize the customer's business.
