Local team training:

Support for new users is key to ensuring efficient use of the system. The training mode is adapted to the specific requirements of the customer and can be carried out in "train-the-trainer", "workshop" mode or in even more customized forms based on needs.

Ongoing monitoring and support:

After implementation, we monitor the system and offer support to optimize operations where needed. At the end of the go-live phase, it is also possible to activate our AMS (Application Maintenance Service) service which allows you to have constant support for users and keep the system always updated and optimized.
