New implementations
Implementing SAP for the first time is a critical step that requires a solid plan and a team of experts to ensure each step runs smoothly. The support provided by Trilog includes the analysis of business processes, the definition of specific requirements, the design of the system and the configuration of the SAP modules best suited to the customer’s needs.
Today’s operating environments are increasingly flexible and changing, forcing dynamic adaptation of process evolution.
Many years of experience in managing complex projects combined with the continuous updating of our resources on methodologies, technologies and solutions allows us to determine from time to time what is the best way to approach a project.
One of the most recent methodologies adopted is the so-called “Hybrid Agile”, which combines the benefits of the predictability of the Waterfall model with the speed of adaptation of the Agile methodology.

Planning - Initial analysis and design:
We evaluate your current needs and processes to build a tailor-made SAP solution.
Preparation - Configuration and customization:
We customize SAP modules to best adapt them to company-specific workflows.
Realization - Testing and quality assurance:
We perform rigorous testing to ensure that every part of the system works properly and is ready for go-live. The agile component of the design approach involves planned iterations based on the defined scope and priorities and, at a high level, consists of the repetition of finalization, construction and testing activities.
Final Preparation
This phase includes all the preparation activities for the launch into production, first of all the planning of the cutover strategy in which all the activities are defined and scheduled in detail, including data transfer, final tests, user support within a specific time window, such as a weekend or outside working hours, to minimize the impact on company operations.
Deployment & Maintenance - Go-live and post-live support:
After go-live (i.e. commissioning into production), we remain alongside our customers to resolve any problems or fine-tuning requests, to optimize secondary or non-core processes and to support users during the first phases of work on the new system.
